Which browsers are supported?

ocular.ink utilizes cutting-edge web standards like WebGPU, WebGL2, WebCodecs, WebMIDI, and WebUSB. It requires Brave, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge on a desktop or laptop. Mobile browsers are blocked for the main workspace, but tablets can connect as wireless remotes at /remote.

How does the tablet remote work?

Open the app on your laptop and click Remote Pairing in the header to reveal a QR code. Scan it with your tablet (connected to the same local Wi-Fi). The tablet connects via direct peer-to-peer WebRTC, giving you instantaneous touch faders and clip triggers.

Can I use ocular.ink offline?

Yes. Guest mode runs entirely inside your local browser instance without contacting servers. For Pro users, ocular.ink supports offline lease licensing so you can perform in basements, warehouse raves, or festival stages with zero internet.

How does projection mapping work?

Open the Output panel, detect connected projectors, and create output surfaces. Drag the four corner pins directly over physical geometry (corners, stage props, fabric scrims) to align perspective keystoning in real time.
